Solution by steps below this:
1. Click =>Start=>All Programs=>Accessories=>System Tools=>System Restore
=>Radio Button marked at Restore my computer to an earlier time=>Next=>Select the day for restore point before the day there are Installed Window XP WgaNotify.=>Next to restore the process will finish after computer restart
2. After finished step1 must delete file "WgaNotify" in C:\WINDOWS\system32
3. Don't forget delete files and folders in
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Windows Genuine Advantage
Restart your computer again.
